This 24 Soappe Set was pulled from The Lord of the Rings inspired collection Wilamina Wormwood created to celebrate her 25th Anniversary at the Southern California Renaissance Faire.
In fact, it is Wilamina’s 25th Anniversary selling her Washwares & Wickwares, ANYWHERE, and there was no better way to celebrate, than to make an entirely NEW collection, using ingredients saved for a very special occasion, trying some new techniques, and simply having a little bit of fun! (she was right, as usual)
The Lord of the Rings films have been an integral part of Wilamina’s House of Wormwood journey. She would plan various tasks by the length of the films, for example to cut (12) 72-bar batches of soappe, and get them on the drying rack is about the length of Fellowship, so Wilamina would pop the dvd into the player and get to work!
These films have been watched/listened to so many times, she knows all the lines and songs by heart!
Over the years various ingredients, dear to Wilamina have become discontinued. She would stash them away to use for a special occasion. Some ingredients cannot be purchased again, so saying goodbye was bitter-sweet (The Ring, for example) But 2025 was the perfect time to dig into the trunks and create some of her very best work!
Wilamina pulled (3) Crooked & Corner Club pieces to create the only (3) sets available!
These aren’t as pretty as middle-cuts, and some are slightly smaller, or slightly larger, so they are priced at a discount from the usual Soappes, but they are wonderful, nonetheless!
Wrapped with wonderful photographs, perfect for each recipe, this 25th Anniversary Set will make a wonderful gift for any Lord of the Rings fan!

Wilamina is very proud of this collection, and although she will be presenting an abridged version to events in the future, this collection and some of these recipes cannot be repeated, making this a truly unique House of Wormwood experience.
