Aloysius Ash + SASHA SOOT: This brother and sister pair were only a few months old when abandoned in the country. Ash was a little less afraid, coming out from under the deck to say hello. He was very curious…and very hungry. Sasha was difficult to collect as she had sustained a few abscessing injuries. Once collected, Wilaminaʼs friends helped by calling numerous rescue shelters. No one would take them. After 20 shares on Facebook, these two were still unable to find a forever home, so Wilamina came to their rescue, providing them with a safe indoor home. Both have grown up to become talkative and delightful little friends, constantly bickering and wrestling, with a connection only siblings have.
Sasha, nicknamed “Sausage,” has put on quite a few extra pounds, so her diet has to accommodate her needs. She doesnʼt let her weight stop her though, as she is a terrific indoor hunter. Like her brother, Sasha is a real talker. She stretches out in the sun, resembling a seal and barks at the birds through the window. Wilamina and Sasha will go back and forth talking to each other for hours. It’s hilarious. Oh and she loves to eat spinach.
