Van Pogh showed up one day, a very young and weary traveler, beaten and forelorn. He had an ear mite infection so severe, not only was his ear swollen shut, and the pinna starting to fold over, but he had scratched at it so badly that a quarter-sized open wound developed on the backside of the ear, just at the base. It was terrible, and must have been excruciating. Luckily, he was a friendly kitty, so Wilamina immediately treated his ear and it healed nicely. He was skin and bones, clearly a dumped teen, with over-protruding canines, which gave him a wonderfully Gothic + Victorian + Edwardian look, and his long black coat, hid the vampiric nature within.
Heʼs a killer. Just like his look suggests, a cut-to-the-bone, calculating, killer. He will stalk and wait, pounce and devour. The best mouser, mole-er, gopher-er, youʼll ever meet…and itʼs disgusting. But Wilamina Wormwood loves him too much to let this fluffy little murderer fend for himself out in the country, to be possibly devoured by a predator, and so he and Starry Night pal around, chase each other and climb trees, kill things, and eat them, and are very happy at The House of Wormwood.
